This shot is from roughly the same position as the last, but later on, allowing the already setted sun to light up the clouds a nice golden and red color.

Been a while since I've posted, kinda got burned out posting all the vacation pictures. Anyway, this was a picture I took back in September, trying to experiment with long exposures at dusk. Really cool glassy effect on the water in the lake. I also like the ways the cool colors are brought out in the fading sky.

This is the last of my Chicago pictures after the sun has set. That is Navy Pier jutting out in the middle almost splitting the city in half, Sears Tower on the left, John Hancock on the right.

The Sears Tower (though I think they changed the name) and other buildings surrounded by the golden glow of the sunset. You can see the sunlight shinning through the glass windows of one of the smaller buildings.

Recently, I went on a dinner cruise with my wife in Chicago. It afforded me a great opportunity to take some awesome pictures of the city skyline during sunset.
